One of the largest and most prestigious commercial bank, having a vast nationwide network of branches is looking for dynamic and challenge oriented professional with proven track record in the area of Corporate Operations for the position to be based at Karachi;
The individuals who fulfill the below basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:-
Divisional Head — Corporate Branch & Cash Management Operations
The position will be based in Karachi and will report to Group Head — Corporate Operations & Payments. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to implement the business strategy of the bank related to Corporate Branches and Cash Management and manage operations of the corporate branches including Cash Management Operations, Credit Operations and Account Opening & all Bank Payments including SWIFT, RIGS & Home Remittances etc. She/he will also ensure that processes are followed as per Bank’s Standard Procedures Manual (SPM) & Circulars. She/he will ensure compliance of applicable laws & regulations including SBP’s Prudential Regulations and FE Manual; reengineer, centralize and automate processes in order to enhance customer experience, service and delivery; enhance the level of controls & governance in order to mitigate the operational risks, take initiatives and implement best practices and systems; enhance the careers of staff through T & D and manage the Budget.
The ideal candidate would at least be a Graduate from a reputable HEC recognized University/Institution. Candidates having Masters Degree and/or any other professional certification would be preferred. She/he must have minimum 12 years of banking experience out of which 03 years should be in a senior position in Corporate Banking Operations and/or Cash Management Operations/Payments. The candidates must have in-depth knowledge of major payment systems/platforms.

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
