The School Head will be responsible for providing leadership lo the school, maintaining the desired teaching and learning standards curriculum enrichment, resource provision, dealing will parents and community, maintaining the ethos and environment of be school and administering policies, processes and systems.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 14 years of education, preferably with a professional degree like B.Ed/ M.Ed, as well as 03 years of teaching/ management experience in an educational institution. The candidate should have effective communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skit. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is desirable.
