Morning with empty stomach

 

Drink little warm water

At 8’o clock

1 hour Running , Yoga

 

Breakfast at 10’o clock

 

Grind almonds (soaked overnight) in simple milk (1 glass)

Lunch at 2’o clock

 

1 roti with any gravy and take yogurt (without sugar)

Evening at 5’o clock

 

Eat any fresh fruit but in small quantity

Dinner at 8’o clock

 

1 roti with any gravy and take vegetable salad

After Dinner

1 hour Walking

 

Before sleeping

 

Drink little warm water
