Major Responsibilities:

GM (Marketing/Sale) will be responsible for: –

• Develop and Execute a Marketing Plan for the Organization.
• Develop relationship with local/foreign clients.
• Coordinate with customers to manage and deliver Products/ Projects on time.
• Marketing, Advertise/communicate Electro-Optics base systems and implement organization’s vision and mission.
• Prepare a comprehensive Marketing/Advertising strategy for the organization.
• Preferably a culture that is aligned with the mission, vision and objectives.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of tactical and operational plans that guide for achievement of the strategy.
• Lead development of organizational policies, systems, marketing and sale of products.
• Oversight of all marketing and sale in accordance with the direction established in the Strategic Plans.
• Establish a progressive and robust performance in marketing management framework for delivery of results.
• Consult and act under guidance from the CEO/BOGs on matters of strategic importance.
