Positions:

Project Manager — Enterprise Systems & Core Banking

The position reports to Wing Head CBA and will be responsible to manage projects that span one or multiple business lines; manage the delivery and/or support of projects to meet business objectives and goals; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders. The incumbent will also create detailed customer project requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables; develop Work Breakdown Structures. Project Organization charts, Communication plans, Risk plans, Quality plans, Cost / budget and Resource plans; ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and budget while meeting quality standards; develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues: adhere to established project change management processes and coordinate with all stakeholders for successful implementation of projects etc.

The ideal candidate would at least have a Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University/Institute while candidates with Master’s degree would be preferred. Minimum 05 years’ IT experience is required, out of which minimum 03 years’ should be in IT project management within Financial Services, Software Houses, Financial Application vendors, Financial services providers, etc.

 

Team Lead CRM Systems

Reporting to Departmental Head Call Centre & CRM, the position will supervise and co-ordinate the implementation of projects related to Customer Relationship applications; coordinate testing with vendors and stakeholders, assist with SIT &

UAT and manage changes; build and maintain awareness of latest developments and technologies pertaining to Call Centre & CRM Applications; liaise with vendor and business teams on an ongoing basis and lead efforts to resolve issues on a timely basis. The incumbent will also build and maintain expertise of customer interaction, voice response systems, voice networks, designing user interfaces, developing and executing user acceptance test plans, planning and implementations of systems; maintaining and improving system performance by proactively identifying and resolving problems, preparing and executing on action plans, managing system and process improvement and enhancing existing quality assurance programs and build and enhance knowledge and expertise in Crystal reports, SQL reporting, MIS reports and other reporting tools etc.

The ideal candidate would at least have a Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University/Institute while candidates with Master’s degree would be preferred. Minimum 03 years relevant IT experience will be required.

 

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will work under direction of Project Manager CBA to maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. She/he will organize, attend and participate in project and stakeholder meetings; document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings; prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings; provide administrative support as needed; coordinate with business groups, stakeholders, develop/ BA teams for Vendor queries under direction of Project Manager; discuss and resolve issues pertaining to Project deliveries; process Project related billings and invoices etc.

The ideal candidate would at least have a Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University/Institute while candidates with Master’s degree would be preferred. Minimum 03 years’ IT related experience across any of the following or related areas will be required: IT assistant, IT coordinator or manager, business analyst, IT developer, technical writer, systems / DB administrator, IT infrastructure, IT operations analyst, IT support, IT procurement.

 

Payment Switch Support Officer

The position reports to Wing Head Payment Switch & Internet Payment Gateway and will be responsible to coordinate with multiple stakeholders; design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios to validate preliminary results and generate MIS reports for all stakeholders etc.

The ideal candidate would at least have a Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University/Institute while candidates with Master’s degree would be preferred. Minimum 02 years in Payment Switch Support & related area will be required.

 

NOC Support Officer

The position reports to Department Head DC and will be responsible to monitor and configure the Network Management System (NMS); utilize Solar winds, WhatsUp gold and ATM Controller for monitoring, administration & configuration; provide I.T Coordination nationwide to more than 1400 online branches. The incumbent will also be responsible for Data Center and UPS Room Monitoring on a 24×7 basis for temperature / Power related aspects; maintain Data Center Lodge sheet, activity and inventory forms; monitor communication of ATM and Non ATM branches via Head Office and coordinating with vendors for restoration of links in case of communication issues of branches. The incumbent will also provide first level support on network related issues such as coordinating with branch staff, supporting them in trouble shooting communication problems; providing first level support on network for all critical applications such as Call center, PMYBL, IBM DR Site. 1-Link and profile conventional etc: monitor H.0 LAN & DC Core switches; monitor on 24×7 basis Production Servers and DR Site Severs etc.

The ideal candidate would at least have a Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University/Institute while candidates with Master’s degree would be preferred. Minimum 03 years’ experience in 24×7 Network Operations center support & monitoring tasks will be required.

 

IT Support Analyst

The position reports to Divisional Head IT Operations and will be responsible to manage day to day operations and support for the bank’s applications; coordinate with end users for ongoing operations; coordinate with various teams for timely resolution of IT related issues etc.

The ideal candidate would at least have a Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University/Institute while candidates with Master’s degree would be preferred. Minimum 01 year of experience in banking application support within financial services organizations, vendors, application providers, software houses, etc. will be required.
