1). Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/ bachelor degree in business administration, social sciences or relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC.
2). You a have at least 15 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in Head of HR or equivalent position in large national or international companies/organizations in relevant position where in you would have had a proven track record of leadership in HR function.
3). Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and engagement skills with expertise to negotiate on complex scenarios with an impactful result-oriented personality.
4). You must have experience of superior technology driven organizations with knowledge of design and execution of world class HR systems and creation of digitalization experiences for employees – organization transformation expertise and execution will be highly preferred.
5). Start-up experience will be highly preferred with experience in establishing the function of HR throughout the organization, enabling an agile operating structure, governance of clearly communicated organization regulations. politics and procedures.
