Note:
(1) The candidates shall send their applications along with CV, photo copies of all academic certificates, CNIC & 3 recent photographs on the address given below latest by 01.05.2021. (Office of the Principal of District Public School Sheikhupura).
(2) Written test will be conducted on 04.05.2021 onwards, at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at District Public School, Sheikhupura in two shifts.
(3) Only short listed candidates will be called for interview (interview date will be shared with shod listed candidates later).
(4) Interview of Ayya /Sweeper will be held at District Public School on r May (Friday).Timing for interview is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
(5) The Chairman Recruitment Committee can waive off any condition subject to the approval of (BOG), DPS Sheikhupura.
(6) Initially, the selected candidates shall be on probation for the period of six months, which can be extended up to two years.
(7) Employment shall be regularized subject to successful completion of probation and satisfaction of the (BOG).
(8) Above mentioned posts are on contract basis for the period of two years, which is extendable on satisfactory performance However, the Chairman (BOG)/ DC Sheikhupura may revoke the contract and dismiss at any stage in case of misconduct / willful negligence.
(9) No 3rd Division in the whole educational career.
(10) Candidates who can speak fluent English will be prioritized.
(11) The trained / highly qualified candidates will be given preference.
(12) The candidature is liable to cancelation at any stage, even after selection, if information furnished by the candidates is found incorrect.
(13) The candidates shall have to present their original documents at the time of interview. Selection will be made strictly on merit.
(14) No TA/DA will be paid for interview.
(15) No. of seats can be increased or decreased.
