Job Title: Director Town Planning (Civil Engineering background)
What we Require?
Basic Qualification: MS Town Planning
Additional Qualification: MBA/ MS Project Engineering (Preferable)
A Project Management qualification at APMP level is highly desirable.
Experience
- Experience of leading Development Projects.
- Visionary approach in respect to holistic design.
- Expert in BOQ vetting and cost assessment.
Skills
- Well-versed with international/ contemporary best practices.

What will you do?
- Oversight and vetting of plans & BOQs.
- Formulating future plans.
