Head Service Quality
Major Responsibilities/ Job Summary:
The position holder will be responsible for leading Service Quality and Complaint Management segments of the Bank in order to monitor and help improve the Service Experience being extended to customers through all Banking channels including Branches in line with the strategic business objectives, best market practices and SBP Regulations. The incumbent will be responsible to engage Regions, Areas and other related segments with the aim to achieve and maintain an efficient service environment and enhanced service standards.
Role of Head Service Quality encompasses leading the Service Quality teams in order to gauge the level of service in a quantifiable form through conducting mystery shopping surveys, complaint resolution satisfaction surveys and other checks on an unannounced basis to monitor performance against the established Service Quality and Complaint Resolution standards. The role shall also entail suggesting and taking appropriate measures to improve Service Quality in the light of survey results.
Suggest improvements of system controls/ SOPs to different departments in order to bring enhancement in Service Quality Standards. Manage Customer Grievance Redress within specified TAT in compliance with the Bank’s policy & procedures and SBP rules & regulations.
Communicating with customers and sharing feedback with Groups of the Bank on timely basis and thereby assist in the continuing improvement of relevant products, procedures and services. The ideal resource should be well equipped to facilitate the improvement of customer experience in line with the ongoing Digital Transformation of Bank.
