The candidates who had applied to PMDC/ Pakistan Medical Commission for full Registration of their MBBS degrees registration on or before the closing date but: i). PMDC/ Pakistan Medical Commission Registration Certificates were issued after the closing date: OR ii). PMDC/Pakistan Medical Commission Registration Certificates have not been issued so far: Will be held eligible subject to the condition that such candidates shall have to produce documentary evidence properly stamped and signed by the competent Authority that they have applied for such registration on or before the closing date. iii). The candidates who had valid PMDC/ Pakistan Medical Commission Registration on or before closing date but their registration has expired on or before the date of interview and they had applied to PMDC / Pakistan Medical Commission for renewal of their expired registration before the closing date shall also be held eligible. However, if a candidate had expired PMDC/ Pakistan Medical Commission registration on or before the closing date and he had applied to PMDC / Pakistan Medical Education for renewal of his expired PMDC/ Pakistan Medical Commission registration after the closing date shall not be held eligible. iv). Provisional PMDC/ Pakistan Medical Commission registration certificate for house job only shall not be acceptable for eligibility. |
General Instructions:
1). Prescribed application forms with detail information are available in the office of the Principal, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, Bahawalpur, free of cost.
2). All the certificates/documents/testimonials/experience certificates/Domicile/NIC/02-passport size photograph be attached with application.
3). Application form must reach in the HRM Section of QMC within 21-days of the publication.
4). Incomplete application and those received after due date will not be entertained. No separate call letter for interview will be issued.
5). Latest Government Rules & Regulations /Policies will be followed regarding age limitation, age relaxation.
6). General age relaxation in upper age limit for Male Candidates =5-Years and Female Candidates=8-Years.
7).The provincial quotas shall be applicable for the above mentioned posts 15% for Women, 5% for Minority, 3% for Disabled Persons (special person) and 20% quota government employees notified by S&GAD Department.
8). Eligible Candidates appearing for interview must bring the originals documents along with attested photocopies.
9). Employees already serving should apply through proper channel from their respective department along with NOC.
10). Recruitment shall be made as per Government Recruitment Rules/Policy.
11). No TA/DA shall be permissible.
